Kapil Kaushik of Govt. College Sec-9, Gurugram Secures First Position at District-Level Competition

As part of the Udhmita Pakhwada celebrations, winners of various competitions at the college level were given the opportunity to participate in the District Level Event held on 16th September 2025 at ITI, Gurugram.
In the Idea Generation Competition, Kapil Kaushik, a final-year BAJMC student of Government College, Sector-9, Gurugram, outshined 99 participants from across the district and secured the first position.
Kapil presented his innovative business idea titled “Tera Bhai Haina”, a study-buddy platform designed to provide students with academic resources and peer-to-peer learning support. The idea was highly appreciated by the judges for its practicality and potential impact on student learning.
For his remarkable achievement, Kapil was awarded a cash prize of ₹3100.
The Principal and the Entrepreneurship & Placement Cell of the college congratulated Kapil on his outstanding performance, noting that such initiatives not only encourage innovation and creativity but also inspire students to think beyond conventional learning and contribute towards building an entrepreneurial mindset.
The event served as a remarkable platform to showcase the entrepreneurial talent of students and reinforced the importance of nurturing innovation at the higher education level.
